Low blood pressure
I'm absolutely fine and very energetic throughout the day but my blood pressure readings are constantly very very low. Like 72-36, 75-42 and such since last 8-9 days. I was following keto diet for a month but gave started eating normal healthy food since last week as I thought it's related to my diet. But still my readings are the same but I don't have any symptoms either. What should I do ?

I suppose you are taking BP reading from electronic monitor. I advice you to take a manual BP reading from nearest doctor, because the BP reading which you have mentioned is very low and with this BP you can't remain normal.
