Acc to my mri report and film? Is my condition can heal with exercise. I started having pain 3 months postpartum and now I'm 20 months postpartum. I did not have any injury. Im having more pain while forwarding bending and while lifting weight. And some boring pain in my low back. Can this be curable? Pls someone give me hope

disc extrusion is an indication for surgery however ur symptoms also need to be that severe. kinly get a physical examination for correlation and then a decison can be made. consult for further clarification. nerve root block might work in ur case before surgery

You are a 29 year old female with pain in the lower back which increases with weight lifting and forward bending
L1-L2 lumbar level shows significant disc bulge which is pressing over nerve root causing pain
Please a answer a few questions
1) is the pain radiating to any of your limbs?
2) any tingling, numbness or shock like sensation in your legs
3) how many metres can you walk without experiencing pain?
4) any difficulty in passing urine or stools
5)do you feel any loss of sensation in the lower limbs?
Yes since your age is less, we need to push surgery forward as much as possible.
We need to try and manage conservatively.
Danger signs- increasing pain, pain going to the legs, tingling and numbness, weakness, loss of sensation, difficulty in passing urine and stools.
