MY AUNT she is facing back pain since a month after her MRI report doctor suggested Surgery. Is surgery really needed just second opinion.

Activity modification, Physiotherapy , Medication . If all tried and still having pain then after clinical examination and mri correlation if needed then surgery

Trial of medicine and some another treatment can be given If not improving at all, then last option is surgery
