Low appetite
My 4 year old daughter weights 13.1 kgs. Recently has low appetite and doesn't put on weight as per her age. Please suggest and advice as to what can be done or any tonic that can promote appetite and over all vitamin deficiency. She is very active but since birth does not put on weight. Her birth weight is 3kgs.

For a 4year old girl her ideal should be 16kg ..for a very active child 13kg fair enough although it is slight low.. No tonic we advise but give feed in small quantity and very frequently..this is very effective

According to her age child shld b 16 kg . Diet modification shld b done give her protein rich foods like dal, boiled egg wkly twice and also multivitamin syrups.

As per ur statement not gaining wt from very long period and also poor appetite,need to give energy dense food,by adding ghee in food,also if taking egg,give 1 egg daily ,along with any multivitamin 5 ml two times a day.also give green vegetables , hopefully will start gaining wt
