Low and upper Back pain
I have been having a low back and upper back pain since 4-months. lower back pain radiates through my left leg and specially when i am setting and working on laptop. I can feel killing burning sensation in my lower back while setting. Upper back also having the problem and reaching till shoulders. have been consulted to many orthos , PT and chiropractors. No one were able to help me. I had gone through the MRI. MRI does not show anything. Thank You

Since you told you have sitting job profile so better take precautions while you are at work.. to get rid of back pain , precautions and proper posture of your spine plays much important role apart from exercises... Visit a good physiotherapy clinic and take proper treatment.... Physiotherapist will teach you right posture and also all precautions...

You must visit an orthopedic surgeon to evaluate your back.also u should not sit for long hours to avoid any complications.You should use hot packs to reduce the pain in the back and leg.u must do the back strengthening exercises-bridging 10 reps twice a day,knee rolling 10*2.dont bend your back while sitting.sit straight.take Physiotherapy sessions to reduce the pain.
