Low AfI and low blood supply
Am in 22nd week ..my baby weight is 360gms and i have low amniotic fluid AfI is only 8 it is not increasing from 15days I m taking L arginine sachets3 mg and also i have high resistance blood flow in both uterine arteries,..is my low amniotic fluid is due to blood flow issue or some else??? I have been taking aspirin 75mg from 13weeks ..plz tell me what are the risks and how long will it take to completely resolve these issues???

With a low amniotic fluid and high resistance in blood flow in both the uterine arteries at 22 weeks the prognosis can be poor
you would have to repeat an ultrasound every 15 days
there are times medicines do not help in this situation

There can be various reason for low amniotic fluid.... No point in thinking why it is on lower side .... It's better to concentrate on increasing the same .... Continue the medications and keep taking lots of fluids around 4litres per day..... Low amniotic fluid has many risks but 8 is ok.... If it goes below 5 den it's dangerous..... Difficult to say when it will resolve .. Just be positive and have good thoughts....
