AFI 7cm and baby weight 1.8kg at 33 week
Hello Doctor In my recent ultrasound my AFI came as 7cm, baby weight around 1.8kg and cervix length 2.7cm at 33 weeks pregnancy. Is it normal? Anything to worry about? And how I can increase AFI ?

It is not a very happy report. AFI of 7 cm at 33 weeks pregnancy shows that the foetus is growth retarded and it will have to be delivered earlier than the due date. I suggest you should get your NST done. That will be additional information regarding the foetal growth. Further management depending on the report.
