Lost weight!
I lost around 2.3kgs while sleeping yesterday, is this normal? Yesterday i had frequent urination. Yesterday my weight at evening was 67.8, today morning it was 65.5. I am scared!

There hase to be some error in weight calculation.. Yes more than normal urine may cause dehydration.. But could it leads to such a weight loss. I don't think it's possible Weight difference between fasting and post meal around. 7 =1 kg In ur case its more than 2 kg.. There has to be error in weight calculation
