Lost weight
Hi, I am a 63yr male. I weigh around 86kg in Jan 2020. My current weight is 75-76. I used to walk regularly before the lockdown, but was not able to lose weight. I have thyroid and I am taking tyronorm 75. Since last 4-5 months i am recording my weight regularly and I believe I am losing weight with no reason. Because of lockdown and Covid situation I am not going for outdoor walks. I am doing some yoga and light exercise at home. I did my full body checkup in June. I am attaching my reports here. Fasting Sugar is 110 mg/dl. Can you please help to suggest if the weight loss is something to be happy about or need some medical attention ?
