Hi...decreased smell sensation or hyposmia has many causes!!
Most commons one are the mechanical causes!!
Is the decrease smell sensation associated with nasal obstruction??
Is there a history of prolonged fever??
Is there any history of head injury???

Hello
Reduced sense of smell is one of the symptom of sinus infection.
So questions are a lot for you.. to confirm your sinus pathology.
You c definitely go for CT scan but as u have this since 2 years you should consult and ENT doctor before that.
Next Steps
If u need any further information you can take ENT consultation for sure
U need to get a ct scan done to see if there are any polyps in nose as the loss of smell can be related to that. If not then other options can be seen. Ideally a consultantion is a better option rather than directly getting a ct scan
