Losing weight
Hello. I have been problem about losing weight. I am 6 feet 2 inch tall. Last year my weight is around 79 kg. but now I check my weight around one month ago and it's going down to 70 kg. My diet is proper. I eat 3 meals a day, I go to bed 10 to11 pm and I wake up 6 am morning. No diease, no sexual problem, no stress( some time little). And I also go to walk with my dog. Please help me because I looked like skinny.

You need to take high fiber low fat diet. Drink lot of water everyday. Take small and frequent meals at regular intervals of 2-3 hrs. Avoid outside food completely. Ask me directly for customized diet plan for you.
