It is normal for exclusively  breast fed babies to pass golden yellow, watery stools 15 to 20 times per day. If baby active, feeding well, and passing urine 7 to 8 times per day, no need to worry.
Next Steps
Exclusive  beast feeds for first 6 months of life is ideal food for baby.
Health Tips
Feeding bottles should be avoided at all times.

Exclusive breastfeeding babies pass urine and stools, which is a bit watery along with feeds or immediately after. This is completely normal.
Next Steps
Please see that because of constant washing and cleaning, he doesn't develop rash in the area. Don't use wet wipes, it worsens the rash
Health Tips
Please continue to breastfeed the baby
