Firstly,give just 2 milk feeds including one top milk feed using a spoon and katori and 4 solid meals including curd and Banana in the diet. Add ors after every loose motion if watery and give Enterogermina vial half vial twice a day for 5 days. Use paracetamol for fever and repeat every 4 hours if required. If not improving in 3 days OR accompanied by other symptoms like vomiting or abdominal distension or dullness and refusal to feed,consult your paediatrician or me.
