Loose stoles and watery stools

Asked for Male, 30 Years

I am having loose stools and waterly stools since last two days. Sometimes little stomach pain also. I am taking Metrogyl 400 but not much relief. I am taking only rice based diet and curd. Please advise for immediate relief.
