Most likely gastritis and it's complications. Take VONO(20 ) once daily in the morning for 10 days. Take probiotics sachet as taking. Eat fibre rich diet and curd. Avoid outside and spicy food.

More likely indigestion or mild infection. Take tab dimethicone 40mg 3 times daily for 5 days. Syp digeplex 5ml morning and evening for 2 weeks. Avoid gas producing food and drinks like radish, cauliflower,  sugary drinks, milk. Take green, leafy vegetables, fresh curd, some pappaya regularly. Drink more water.

Not look like HIV symptom. More like gas problem / mild infection / IBS. Advice: • Continue Darolac • Avoid oily, spicy food and excess coconut water • Take gas tablet after food If still loose stool >5 days → need stool test. You can consult me, I guide you properly.

I understand your concern. Let's address your stomach issues and your question about HIV separately. 1. Managing Your Stomach Issues The gas and loose stools you are describing for the last week sound like a mild case of stomach upset or indigestion. Continue Probiotics: You can continue the Darolac sachet once or twice a day for 3 days to help normalize your gut bacteria. Diet: Stick to a 'soft diet' for a few days-curd rice, bananas, and plenty of fluids (like the coconut water and chaach you are already taking) are excellent. Avoid spicy, oily, or heavy fried foods until your stools are firm again. Medication: If the gas is bothersome, you can take a simple antacid (like Pan-D or Rabeprazole) 30 minutes before breakfast for 5 days. 2. Regarding HIV Concerns It is very common for people to feel anxious and look for physical symptoms after an exposure, but digestive issues after 5 months are not a standard way to diagnose HIV. * The Window Period: By 5 months (roughly 150 days), any standard HIV blood test (like a 4th Generation ELISA or Tri-Dot) would be highly accurate and conclusive. Recommendation: If you have not already done so, please go to a lab and get a formal HIV 1 & 2 blood test. If that test is negative at the 5-month mark, you can be 100% certain that your current stomach problems are not related to HIV. When to see a doctor in person: If you notice blood in your stool, develop a high fever, or if the loose stools continue for more than another week despite taking probiotics, please visit a local clinic for a physical check-up.

Hello, Your symptoms—loose/semi-solid stools, increased bowel sounds (gas), and change in stool consistency—are most suggestive of a mild gastrointestinal disturbance, such as indigestion, dietary intolerance, or a transient gut infection. This does not typically indicate HIV infection. Symptoms of HIV infection do not present in this isolated manner, especially after 5 months. Gastrointestinal symptoms alone are not a reliable indicator of HIV. Possible causes in your case: • Recent dietary changes (coconut water, chaach can sometimes increase bowel movements) • Mild gut infection or imbalance of gut flora • Gas/indigestion What you can do: • Continue probiotics like Darolac for 3–5 days • Take light, easily digestible diet (khichdi, curd rice, banana) • Avoid oily, spicy, and outside food temporarily • Stay well hydrated (ORS if needed) When to seek medical attention: • If diarrhea persists beyond 5–7 days • Presence of fever, blood in stool, severe abdominal pain • Significant weight loss Regarding your concern about HIV: If you had a potential exposure and are anxious, the only way to confirm is through appropriate testing (HIV test), which is reliable after 3 months. You may get tested for reassurance.

"I understand that you are going through a lot of anxiety regarding your symptoms and their potential link to HIV. First and foremost, it is important to clarify that gastrointestinal symptoms like gas sounds or semi-solid ('halwa' type) stools are very common and are usually related to Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS), mild food intolerance, or an imbalance in gut flora (Dysbiosis). While you have mentioned a past exposure, symptoms of HIV are non-specific and cannot be diagnosed based on stool consistency or gas sounds alone."
Next Steps
"If your exposure was 5 months ago, any standard HIV test (like 4th Generation ELISA or Tri-dot) would provide a definitive and conclusive result by now. Testing is the only way to eliminate this 'fear of the unknown.' Clinical symptoms of HIV during the chronic stage are usually much more systemic, such as persistent fever, significant weight loss, or chronic swollen lymph nodes—none of which are present in your description."
Health Tips
"Your current use of probiotics (Darolac) is a good step to stabilize your gut. I recommend: just for your fear Get a 4th Gen HIV p24 Ag/Ab Combo Test: This will give you 100% peace of mind and stop the cycle of anxiety, which itself can worsen stomach issues. Stool Routine & Culture: To rule out simple parasitic or bacterial infections. Diet: Avoid  very spicy food for a few days until your stool consistency normalizes.
