My daughter aged 3months, 12 days passing loose stools for 4-5 times in a day... She is on breast feeding.. Is it normal? Need to give any medicine ?

Exclusive breastfeeded child may pass small quantity normal to semi solid stool 10-15 times a day it's normal.
Next Steps
watch for urine output, if child passes more watery large quantities loose stool and urine output is low or there is blood in stool then consult pediatrician. give breastfeed each time child passes loose stool. watch for dehydration or other symptoms like fever, excessive cry.

It's normal as along as the baby is exclusively breastfed. And stools are not bloody or mucoid..

In 3 month old  baby ,stool with this no. is absolutely fine provided urine  and feeding is going good.
