Loose motions for 5 months baby boy

My kids is 5 th month he is passing loose motions for 3 -4 times in a day..only breastfeeding .. morning afternoon evening same condition.. should I give sporlac sachet or Zand D drops are they safe ? Is Z and D is antibiotic

Is it loose or consistency is semisolid to normal if consistency is ok then no need to give any thing Otherwise you can give only sporolac sachet twice daily for 5 days Yes it is safe No z and D is not antibiotic It is just zinc drops
