Start Hexidine mouthwash twice daily × 5 days.
Apply Candid (clotrimazole) oral paint 2–3 times/day if you notice white patches or burning.
Avoid spicy, acidic foods and hot tea/coffee for 2–3 days.
Stop Neurobion/Predmet — they won’t help this.
