I have had fungal infection in both legs near ankle. It's itchy two times a day atleast. Applied terbinafine cream for 3 weeks now. Shows improvement. But still not fully clearing. Does it take that long and is the diagnosis right ?

Only cream is not enough. And the diagnosis needs to be checked fungal infection is not common on the ankle. It may be eczema. Please call me or send photos using online consult option for proper examination diagnosis and treatment advice.
