Looking for nutrition diet plan
Diet plan to reduce some fat over my belly and maintain healthy body Weight: 60kg Height: 5'6" Let me know a healthy diet to follow on regular basis. I work in odd working with hours like 12PM- 9PM, so my breakfast usually get skipped and grab lunch like normal roti, sabji and yogurt at 1:30Pm then rush for tea with some snacks (included cheese omlette, sandwich and chilla) and dinner is always late night around 12am. On weekends, junk food keep giving the thirst and alot of cheese stuff. Two months back, I used to eat alot of non veg on regular basis. Due to that, i have gained almost 6kgs and reduction of physical activity. Please suggest something good for health if possible. Thank You
