I am suffering from cervical spine disc bulges at multiple levels, I'm taking aceclofenac pregabalin 75mg twice daily Duloxetine 20mg twice daily Tramadol 100mg twice daily Mri shows no significant compression on nerves or spinal cord so doctor rejected surgery But i still have significant pain that affects my daily life routine i can't work without painkillers I'm taking etoricoxib 90 mg daily and it significantly reduces my pain Can I i use these medicines regularly for long-term I don't have bp, heart problem, kidney disease or any other health issues Have healthy weight and diet,and drinks plenty of water

You can't take all these analegesic medication at a time, u can take any analgesice for short duration hardly not more than 10days even if u don't have any commodities, can take PREGABALIN but don't stop suddenly

I think you are taking too much medication. -- Tramadol is a  drug of addiction, if  taken for long time. --Pregabalin if stopped suddenly after prolonged use can cause epileptic fit. I think you better change your doctor.

No these medicines should not been taken on long term basis. All have their side effects even if patient is non comorbid. Acelofenac can damage kidney. Tramadol can become habit forming. Pregabalin you can take for some time. Rest should be avoided
