Long lasting non itchy bumps

Asked for Female, 16 Years

I noticed a bump on my right hands last knuckle and it didn't itch nor did it differ in color from the rest of my hand so I didn't think much of it. Later I noticed one on my upper lip. A couple months after that the one on my hand started to spread and in the past week I noticed 3 new ones
