Liver problem
Hi Dr. Due to high gastric, my mother done ultra sonography and report says 1) Liver is enlarged. Parenchyma is coarse. 2) GB is Normal. 3) CBD is Normal. 4) Pancreas is normal in size and Echogenicity. 5) Spleen is enlarged. PV is dilated (15.5mm) Recanalisation Og umbilical vein seen 6) kidneys, parenchymal Echogenicity, ureters, Bladder, Uterus, Myometrium, Endometrial, Ovaries, Cul de sac, everything is normal. Sugg of chr. Liver disease with portal hypertension Now, local Dr. Prescribed 1) Ursodeoxycholic acid tablets Ip 300mg 2) Ensules+(vitamin E and Fraxinus Excelsior soft Gelatin capsules) 3) Propranolol hydrochloride tablets Ip 10mg But my mother can't eat properly she feel high gas and acidity, vomiting tendecy too. Please prescribed what to do know should I go for any other test or can provide medicine. She also taking Thyroxine sodium tablets Ip 75mcg And chlorthalidone tablets ip 6.25mg for BP

If it says CLD (chronic liver disease) than she need to be evaluated further to know the cause and to plan treatment strategy.
