Dear practo user Are these rashes causing difficulty in speech, chewing, pain or etching. If no that could be normal oral mucosa. Don't panic. Can share intraoral photo on chat box for more definite diagnosis and confirmation.

Rashes is due to some allergic reaction. One Betnasole tablet dissolved in  1/4 glass of water. Then gargle this solution. Otherwise powder this tablet and placed this on that affected area..... Better result surely happens.

Hi ma'am Since you have already taken an antibiotic course it cannot be an infection. However, a rash can be possible due to an allergic reaction.
Next Steps
You can start capsule Becosule once daily for 15 days (It is Vitamin B12) Ointment Turbocort Ointment Hexigel (Both for local application) And continue the painkiller on need basis.
Health Tips
Hopefully it will resolve soon with the above regimen. Please feel free to connect with me if the problem persists.

Hi Since you are done with your antibiotics, you don't need to take more. You can try Vitamin B12 capsule for 15 days or a month, continue with salt and warm water gargles.
Next Steps
You can try home remedies like oil pulling over that area - apply some clove oil and swish for 4-5 minutes and then spit. It may help you with your pain if you have. For pain you can take Pain killer also .
