Little pain in upper back nd upper brest

From last 15 days ,I feel heaviness and  burn in upper food pipe and little pain in different area of upper brest .To overcome I practiced some home remedy as my mother said may be it is acidity but still this heaviness persist nd not in a exact point but is moving from one place to another in upper brest area for seconds.From last 3 days, also I am suffering from ache in upper back left side in pointed area ,this cause difficulties in sleeping .I never experienced back pain so plz tell me if it is related to any kind of ongoing infectious covid 19 or black or white fungus.except this ,I am not feeling any other difficulty. Today is the 5th day of my period.I have scheduled my vaxination tomorrow .Tell me whether I should take it or not these days.
