Little mass accumulation at tongue
I have little mass accumulation at my tongue . I don't feel any pain or problems but i need suggestion how to cure it. Actually 1 yr back my back teeth was not bad due to that i happened and i am afraid that i will create a problem in future. Plz see the attached pic and suggest me. Thanks.
