Hi.
Give paracetamol 6 hrly for fever.
Give normal diet and plenty of liquids to drink
Wait for 2-3 days for the fever to settle

Hi.. measure temperature of child when you feel he is having fever.. banana has nothing to do with fever so don't worry.. if temperature is more than 100F then give paracetamol syrup.
