Green stool with mild fever

Asked for Female, 31 Years

5 months 10 days old baby (exclusive breastfeeding) having loose watery dark green stools for two days .(immediately after feeding)he is now having fever too .(99.6) when given crocin drops the fever gets reduced and again fever comes back (mainly the head feels hot than body) .he is not very active like before and little fussy too .please advice

At this age,start 1 top formula feed using a spoon and katori and rest breastfeeding,and 1 solid meal including curd and Banana in the diet in addition to whatever you prepare at home. Add ors after every loose motion if watery and give Enterogermina vial half vial twice a day for 5 days. Use paracetamol for fever and repeat every 4 hours if required,but ONLY if temperature is 100 or beyond.
