Green stool in five months old baby
Hello doctor,
My baby is five months old and last three days he had green stool, sometimes twice in a day. Is this a serious problem? Please tell us the reason of this problem.

No,unless there's blood in stools OR they are tarry black,nothing to be done.
Maintain strict hygiene in feeds.
