Lips getting sticky and dry and lip skin getting dry and die condition skin is coming out lip getting smaller and my lips is like unshaped any solution or surgery if any one can help me out I'm suffering from 2years

One thing is moisturise your lips, Vaseline can help. Also drink a lot of water and wet your lips with your tongue. Also get a check up done as early as u can. Ur lips can be checked thoroughly.
