  4. Lipoprotein is high. Please suggest!

Today I went through full body check up and my lipoprotein was 79 mg/dl, is I am at risk of coronary disease, my HDL cholesterol direct is 40 mg/dl, my HDL/LDL Ratio is 0.32, my LDL Cholesterol direct is 127 mg/dl. Please suggest
