When I took a blood test in Jan my lipoprotein a levels were at 54 however I do not have any cholestrol and I have high bp and I am on medication for bp should I be worried about anything

Ideally you should not worry much As stress is a risk factor for heart diseases :) As your lipoprotein a is at higher side, you have higher risk of developing coronary artery disease in the future
