Your current lipid profile has improved dramatically — triglycerides dropped from 365 to 154, HDL improved from 42 to 63, and LDL and total cholesterol are now in a good range. This is excellent progress and your current values do not necessarily require medication at this stage. However, it is important to note that triglycerides of 365 were significantly high initially, which is usually driven by excessive sugar, refined carbohydrates, or alcohol intake. The improvement you have achieved must be maintained through sustained lifestyle changes — otherwise the levels can creep back up.
Next Steps
Continue healthy eating — reduce sugar, refined carbs, fried food, and alcohol. Get the lipid profile checked every 3-6 months to ensure the improvement is maintained. Please consult me directly on Practo for a detailed evaluation.
