  4. Lip pigmentation. Cream for my lips?

My upper lip is much darker than the lower lip. I recently consulted a dermatologist who recommended "Crystaglo" for three weeks which did not work and he now says that I should go for chemical peeling. I do not want to go for it. Could you please recommend some other pigmentation removal cream for my lips? I'm 18 years old.
