Lip discoloration burnt lip fluoride

Asked for Male, 30 Years

My lips burnt due to fluoride (tooth paste ). I smoke and due to that my lips was very black. I asked one of my friend and checked YouTube for black lips treatment.. I used tooth paste and applied on my lips.. I applied at night and left it over morning it changed the color of my lips making it odd and pink in the middle of the lip... Like White patches in my lower lip. I applied a lot of creams consulted doctor but no effects... I need help in few months my marriage I don't know what to do. If you need pics I can send tat as well.
