Light Bleeding

Asked for Male, 28 Years

Hello Doctor, My wife is in 6th and half month of pregnancy. Light bleeding is observed yesterday and in ultra sound scan placenta and liquor is showing as below. Placenta : Posterior upper, mid, lower segment/Maturity( lower margin 2.5cm away from internal os) Liquor : mildly decreased ( 10.5 - 11 cm) Placenta lower margin 2.5 cm away from internal os : does this mean, baby is dropped down by 2.5 cm? Please explain. I am worried about this.

Not baby , placenta is 2.5 cm away from internal os ,, Spotting little bit not a major concern , she should take proper rest , ( bed rest )
