I have been facing angle pain from last 4 wks..As dr told its ligament twist.had swelling and pain in left leg

Ankle twist may lead to bone injury as well as ligament injury...
Many times not visible on simple xrays... if problem persists... tell ur orthopedics doctor to evaluate again and if required MRI to be done... dont delay or ignore....

Immobilisation for 4-6 weeks in a cast or slab is must.
Get x-rays done to rule out fracture.
Try applying Ice packs.
Keep affected limb elevated.
Medications like Enzomac will help in swelling.
