Lichen Planopilaris
It's been 2 months now. I didn't notice it in the beginning. They are increasing. Can you help? I got the same issue 8 years ago, that time my hair grew back. This time it's not working.

If you do have Lichen planopilaris ( I am guessing that the dermatologist that treated you earlier diagnosed it for you) you will need to visit an allopathic dermatologist near you. This is an auto immune condition(where the bodys immunity starts acting against the body) and tends to have recurrences and remissions.
Next Steps
Visit a dermatologist near you ASAP. To know how to select a dermatologist please read this article: http://www.skinmatra.com/single-post/2016/07/03/skin-troubles-here-is-what-not-to-do
Health Tips
Avoid self medication or 'trying' out creams.
