I am doing my PhD , but I can't study. I can't concentrate. I cannot sit in one place for long. Or even if I do, I just waste my time looking at my phone , browsing nonsense. And I am aware of it, but I can't seem to stop. I feel nauseated when I think about the pile of work that's left to be completed, but I continue procrastinating. I have strong mood swings and feel really sad or really happy sometimes. I have also become extremely lazy, and I feel that the laziness is in my mind. I prefer staying locked up in my room. I can't seem to bring myself to do anything useful. I don't know what is wrong with me .
