I've been on lexapro 5mg for just over a week and completely lost my appetite, feel lethargic and tired like I want to sleep 20 hours a day, and restless and can't sleep for a few hours after taking it at night. Is this normal?

Hello
First step is stop lexapro all together. And consult your doctor for other similar medicines.
You should not take lexapro at night. Ideally lexapro causes insomnia and appetite loss could be because of medicine .
