Sudden drop in breast milk at 2 months is usually temporary and often related to stress, poor sleep, or irregular feeding patterns. The good thing is you are already pumping frequently and continuing breastfeeding, which helps stimulate milk production. Focus on adequate fluids, balanced nutrition, and rest as much as possible. Skin-to-skin contact and feeding on demand can also improve supply. In most cases milk supply improves again once the body gets proper stimulation and the mother is less stressed. If needed, a detailed diet and lactation assessment can help identify the exact cause and improve milk supply

It may be due to high stress level and less sleep. You should start with healthy lactating diet, that will help you in best way. Get your vata ( body heat) level check and go accordingly. At times body also generate excessive amount of heat after delivery. You should get it checked once that will be healthy for you and for the baby too.
