Lesion seen in right adrenal gland
Upon CECT three phase study it was found that there is a large fat attenuation lesion(HU- 110 TO 120) seen arising from right adrenal gland measuring (86*75)mm abutting inferior segments of lesion. Tiny specks of calcifications seen along the peripherally.Its mentioned "likely to be Myolipoma" in Impression part of the cect reports.plz help.

Any Adrenal lesion above 1 cm has to be removed. Myelolipoma is not a cancer. Calcification is worrying Adrenal is not an organ for biopsy. Adrenal surgery is effective.
