My age is 40 years female suffering from myopia of adrenal glands non cancerous.since last one year and I don't want to go for major surgery. Is there any other treatment without surgery.

It must be myelolipoma..wat is the size of lesion? If its less than 4cms, no need for surgery..there is no medical treatment..just follow up
