Lesion removal
I have a lesion on chin about the size of almond. It has become large over the years. It's a  birth mark. Lately it has developed two cysts inside . sometimes it gets infected and there is pus inside. Is it possible for this lesion to turn malignant?

No this appears to be a sebaceous cyst. It needs to be removed surgically. We can do it at our clinic. Have operated on many such cases.
