I got a burning sensation on lower lip in the morning and it started becoming red. Now it's bleeding and it's paining also. Looks like an ulcer. What should I do?

it cld b core sore or an ulcer..treatment ll depend on the lesion ..plz use online consultation yo share the pics nd treatment
