Leg pain with Throat infection

Asked for Female, 31 Years

Hi, My legs are paining for past 5-6days now, starting from hip joint till foot. It increases when i sleep or lie down on bed. I also have sore throat for past 3 weeks. Are these 2 related? I am working from home and physical activity is almost negligible. Thanks in advance.
