Leg and hand pain

I am a male, aged 37 years. I have been having numbness/tingling sensation in legs and hands from past 6 months. I sometimes feel blacked out for 1 or 2 seconds. I face mild headaches sometimes. I have acidity problems too. Please let me know the exact problem.
