Left testicle and Muscle pain near Groin

I've been diagnosed with UTI and have a 5mm stone in my left renal and later I've been getting pain in my left testicle to be precise epididymitis and I've been talking medicines (ultracet,uripass,taxim o, razzo) I felt better after few days but later I've been getting immense pain when I sit for longer times near the left pelvis tht is beside pubic area and left testicle started paining so I went to an local urologist he gave evion Lc and ivermectol 6 and after 3 days of using tht my testicle pain had reduced but not muscle pain near the left groin (above and below) and sometimes my penis Burns when I urinate  ejaculate and today suddenly I started getting slight pain in my lower abdomen (bladder area) and then my left testicle started to pain again ( it's very sensitive )
