Asked for Male, 65 Years

My father is having some sort of pain in Groin area ... sometimes he felt swelling or testicles go upside I have done ultrasound of testicles , urine flow meter test and other tests prescribed by urologist All reports were fine but UTI was diagnosed Doctor gave antibiotics but after eating for 7 days of medicine my father still feel the pain It happens when he sits down and gets up Pl advise
