Hi All. I am a patient of GAD and Social Anxiety and frequently remain anxious about lot of things. Recently I noticed vertigo sensation while waking up and then sleeping on the left side. However, It has gone away with medicine but it has made me more scared. Please please someone clarify my doubts. Is this BPPV or mineare's disease or cervical or stress related? Why and how does this happen? How to completely cure this so that it never happens again? Can this be related to weather change or sinuses too? please give as much detail as you can

Your information is not complete to give an exact answer From whatever you told it may have been an episode of bppv In case it is that there is nothing like a complete cure It can recur but however the symptoms can be managed so that you can resume your regular activities.asp to keep in mind that it’s not life threatening As I said this information is not adequate to answer all your questions
